NOMINEES LIST FOR IR AWARDS
The list of nominees for the IR Awards 2025 was announced on July 25, 2025, comprising up to 10 outstanding enterprises in each market capitalization group, participating in the final round of the IR Awards 2025 Program.
From August 1 to August 14, 2025, the final round of voting for the IR Awards 2025 will officially take place with two evaluation categories: "Individual Investors’ Best Choice" and "Financial Institutions’ Best Assessment".
NOMINATION CRITERIA FOR IR AWARDS
INVESTOR RELATIONS
1. Winner of the Information Disclosure Best Practices.
2. Best stock liquidity.
3. Stock has good trading status.
4. Attract foreign investment (*).
5. AGM was organized successfully.
6. Success in attracting analysts (*).
7. Information disclosure in English (*).
8. Comply with regulations on stock transactions of internal persons and their affiliated persons.
FINANCIAL TRANSPARENCY
1. The financial statements of all periods with full components.
2. Auditor’s opinions of the annual and semi-annual financial statements are unqualified opinions.
3. Audited net profit shows minimal variance compared to pre-audit figures (*).
CORPORATE GOVERNANCE
1. Comply with regulations on corporate governance.
2. Comply with regulations on dividend payment.
3. Comply with regulations on trading treasury shares.
4. The corporate governance reports should ensure sufficient information.
5. Annual reports should ensure sufficient information (*).
6. Use data visualization in annual reports (*).
7. Conduct a sustainability report/ESG.
8. Internal audit implemented.
9. The BOD includes at least one independent member.
10. Do not fall into a loss situation while setting a positive business plan.
