About IR Awards
The IR Awards is the awards ceremony to honor listed companies with the best IR practices, held annually since 2011. The awards is co-organized by Vietstock, VAFE association, and FiLi e-magazine.
The IR Awards recognizes achievements and honors listed companies that meet the disclosure standards on the stock market, through comprehensive assessment and announcement of the annual Information Disclosure Best Practices.
The IR Awards recognizes achievements and honors listed companies with the best IR practices of the year, through quantitative screening, voting from individual investors, professional assessment from financial institutions, announcement and honoring of the Top 3 at the annual IR Awards Ceremony.
INVESTOR RELATIONS
IR (Investor Relations) is a strategic management responsibility that integrates finance, communication, marketing and securities law compliance to enable the most effective two-way communication between a company, the financial community, and other constituencies, which ultimately contributes to a company's securities achieving fair valuation (as defined by National Investor Relations Institute - NIRI).
In fact, intangibles are an important component of maximizing value. Any where from 20 to 40 percent of a company’s valuation is linked directly to these items.
